My pay is lower than that of my male colleagues

Have you noticed that your male colleagues earn more despite the fact that you do the same job, have the same experience, etc.? We can provide you with further information about the relevant legislation. If you provide us with details regarding your pay, employment contract, job description, etc., we can also carry out an analysis and, if necessary, contact your employer or the labour inspectorate. Unlike the Institute, the labour inspectorate can visit your workplace and conduct an investigation. Naturally, we will not take any action without your express consent.

You can also report any other unfair treatment you have experienced on the grounds of your gender, both at work and in other areas of public life, to the Institute.
